Terese Noel Taylor (TNT) is a senior leader with twenty-plus years of experience in global technology and people management. Terese has managed global and multi-cultural teams in large international banks spanning the US, Europe, and Asia – in roles demanding strong and flexible communication capabilities. She has had years of executive-level communication, networking, and leadership training, and has been a speaker and presenter on numerous panels and events on career management and women in the workplace.
Hi, I’m Terese.
Through my professional journey I have learned the tremendous value of presenting oneself appropriately and being able to communicate effectively. Powerful communication is a game-changer at all levels, and is the basis of my successful career.
Working with young people is a passion of hers, and in 2012 she designed and implemented two specialized communication training programs: Real World, Real Words™, and Speech Through Speech™ aimed at helping middle school students bridge the divide between social media and verbal/non-verbal communication styles. Both programs are now part of the curriculum in a New Jersey private school.
Terese has a BA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and an MBA from Columbia University in New York City.
