Terese Noel Taylor (TNT) is a senior leader with twenty-plus years of experience in global technology and people management. Terese has managed global and multi-cultural teams in large international banks spanning the US, Europe, and Asia – in roles demanding strong and flexible communication capabilities. She has had years of executive-level communication, networking, and leadership training, and has been speaker and presenter on numerous panels and events on career management and women in the workplace.
Working with young people is a passion of hers, and in 2012 she designed and implemented two specialized communication training programs: “Real World, Real Words”™, and “Speech Through Speech”™ aimed at helping middle school students bridge the divide between social media and verbal communication styles. Both programs are now part of the curriculum in a NJ private school.
Terese has a BA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. and an MBA from Columbia University in New York City.
